 If you would like to make online payments, please register with Engage to gain access to the payment application (Zego). There you can pay with e-check or credit card. Please submit your request to accounting@lavinpm.com and in the subject of the email include the name of the community, property address and your name. 

 If you have questions regarding your account ledger and/or account statement and would like a copy of either one emailed to you, please submit your request via email to accounting@lavinpm.com. Please include in the subject the name of the community, your property address and your name. 

 If you would like to obtain information to register your vehicle or resident, please submit your request to info@lavinpm.com and in the subject of the email include the name of the community, property address and your name. 

 If you are in need of proof of insurance for your mortgage lender/bank on your property, please submit your request via email to certificates@lavinpm.com. Please include in the subject the name of your community, property address and your name. 

 If you are planning to make an alteration or modification to your property and are unsure of what prerequisites there are, submit your information to via email to projects@lavinpm.com. Please include in the subject line the name of the community, property address and your name.
