Accounting: Over 20 years of experience in Accounting. We do not outsource this vital service to others. We are graduated accountants from FIU and NSU. You will get Financials on time. You will get disbursement reports on time. Your budget will be prepared by an Accountant that will consider future projects and/or special assessments needed. The budget will include accurate estimates of future cash flows. You will get your financials audited on time. You will know where the money is going to.

Consulting: Over 10 years of experience in Forensic Accounting. From the moment we are hired we question and investigate any suspicious transaction. We know how to remove those unfit owners who serve in the board, those that forget they have a fiduciary responsibility. We have the solution! We have a proven roadmap that has been used several dozens of times with a positive outcome every time. We will help you replace the boards and/or managers with owners/managers that care for the community. We won't stop there, we will get the preliminary forensic investigation started and refer it to the authorities, collaborate and help during the process.
