I graduated from FIU with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting approximately 20 years ago. My career began at two of the big four accounting firms, where I worked as an Auditor. Fifteen years ago, I transitioned into providing forensic accounting investigative services. Notably, I have investigated cases involving financial losses caused by members of Boards and Managers of Condominiums and Homeowners Associations (HOAs). This experience highlighted a significant gap, as many management companies lack the proper personnel to effectively manage their clients' accounting, finance, budgeting, and special assessment needs. By integrating my knowledge in accounting, finance, and forensic accounting with essential management skills, I have achieved success in delivering exceptional service and tangible results for our clients.
