I graduated from Florida International University (FIU) with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting approximately 21 years ago. I began my career at two of the Big Four accounting firms, where I worked as an Auditor and built a strong foundation in financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
Fifteen years ago, I transitioned into forensic accounting and investigative services, specializing in uncovering financial irregularities and losses. During that time, I investigated numerous cases involving misconduct, fraud, and financial losses caused by Board members and Property Managers within Condominium and Homeowners Associations (HOAs).
Through this experience, I recognized a major gap in the industry: many management companies lack the qualified personnel and financial expertise needed to properly oversee accounting, budgeting, reserves, special assessments, and long-term planning for their communities.
By combining my background in accounting, finance, auditing, and forensic investigations with hands-on management expertise, I have been able to deliver exceptional service, restore transparency, strengthen financial controls, and produce real results for the communities we serve.
