I graduated from FIU with a Bachelor and Master of Accounting approximately 20 years ago. I worked for two of the big four accounting firms as an Auditor. Fifteen years ago, I started providing forensic accounting investigative service. Amongst the cases I investigated were losses caused by members of Boards and Managers of Condos and HOA's. Then it became evident that many management companies lack the right personnel to handle their clients' accounting, finance, budgeting, and special assessment needs. I combined my accounting, finance and forensic accounting expertise to the management skills needed to perform this job and my success is a testament to my commitment to providing exceptional service and delivering results for our clients.
